Vol. 9 No. 4 (2025): Journal of Social Science for Local Development Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University

     This journal, Volume 9, Issue 4 (October-December 2025) of the Journal of Social Science for Local Development, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University, publishes articles within the scope defined by the journal’s guidelines, covering disciplines in the field of social sciences, including: general social science, law, political science, public administration, humanities (music, performing arts, fine arts), linguistics, education, business administration, development, religion, philosophy, and other interdisciplinary studies related to local development.

     Articles published in this issue fall into two categories: research articles and academic articles. The journal is scheduled to be published four times per year: Issue 1 (January–March), Issue 2 (April–June), Issue 3 (July–September) and Issue 4 (October–December).

     In this issue of the journal, a large number of authors expressed interest and submitted their manuscripts for consideration for publication. However, only 64 articles were selected through a rigorous and stringent peer-review process conducted by qualified experts, ensuring high academic quality. Of these, 48 articles were contributed by authors from outside the university, while 16 articles were authored by members within the university. With regard to article types, this issue comprises 55 research articles and 9 academic articles.

     Finally, it is sincerely hoped that the articles published in this issue will provide valuable academic benefits to communities, localities, society, and the nation as a whole. The editorial board would like to express its deepest gratitude to all peer reviewers, both internal and external members of the editorial committee, all relevant committee members, and all contributing authors for their invaluable support and cooperation. We look forward to meeting our readers again in the next issue of the journal.
