The Impact of Digital Banking Technology Adoption on Quality of MyMo Application of Government Savings Bank Mahasarakham Branch

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to examine the acceptance of digital banking technology through the MyMo application 2. to study the quality of the MyMo application and 3. to test the impact of digital banking technology acceptance on the quality of the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank Maha Sarakham Branch. This research employed a quantitative research design. The research instrument was a questionnaire and the sample group consisted of 400 users of the MyMo application of the Government Savings Bank Maha Sarakham Branch, selected through convenience sampling. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean and standard deviation, as well as multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research findings revealed that 1) Service users had a high overall level of acceptance of the MyMo technology. Among the individual aspects, one aspect was at the highest level perceived usefulness while three aspects were at a high level: perceived ease of use, perceived reliability, and perceived technological capability 2) Service users had a high overall level of application quality for MyMo. Among the individual aspects, one aspect was at the highest level information quality while two aspects were at a high level: system quality and service quality and 3) The acceptance of digital banking technology including perceived usefulness, perceived reliability, and perceived technological capability positively influenced the quality of the MyMo application. However, perceived ease of use had no impact on the quality of the MyMo application.
