This research consists purposes were 1. to determine the efficiency of an automated interactive system via the LINE application in supporting Health Education instruction to achieve the effectiveness criterion of 80/80 2. to compare the students’ learning achievement before and after the application and 3. to study the learning responsibility behaviors of the students resulting from the application. This study was a quantitative research. The research instruments included an automated interactive system via the LINE application, a learning achievement test, and a learning responsibility behavior assessment form. The sample consisted of 22 students from Mathayom Suksa 4/1 at Burapha Phitthayakhan Municipal School, selected through purposive sampling. The data collected from the research instruments were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation, and compared using a dependent t-test. The results of the study revealed that 1) the efficiency of the automated interactive system via the LINE application in supporting health education instruction was 86.36/82.04, meeting the established criterion 2) the post-test mean scores of the students who learned through the support of the system were significantly higher than their pre-test scores at the .05 level and 3) The students’ learning responsibility behavior, overall, was at a high level (x̄ = 4.47, S.D. = 0.34).
