The Relationship between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and the Effectiveness of Academic Administration of School under Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to investigate the level of creative leadership among school administrators under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2. to examine the level of effectiveness in academic administration of schools under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3. to explore the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration in schools under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 346 school administrators and teachers from schools under the jurisdiction of the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample size was determined using the sample size determination table developed by Krejcie and Morgan (1970). Stratified random sampling with proportional allocation based on school size was employed. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations, as well as Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that 1) The overall level of creative leadership among school administrators under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the highest level (x̅= 4.67, S.D. = 0.33) 2) The overall level of effectiveness in academic administration of schools under SPESA 1 was at the highest level (x̅= 4.68, S.D. = 0.32) and 3) The relationship between administrators’ creative leadership and the effectiveness of academic administration in schools under SPESA 1 was positively correlated at a relatively high level (r = 0.693), with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
