Causal Factors Affecting the Professional Learning Community of Schools in Office of the Primary Education Service Area in the Three Southern Border Provinces

Abstract

The research was aimed as follows 1) to study professional learning community 2) to analyze confirmatory factor analysis of professional learning community 3) to analyze the structural linearity of the model with empirical data. The representative sample was 900 people by stratified random sampling using questionnaire certitude that data analysis with descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis. The research results showed the professional  learning community level was in high level ( =4.36, S.D.=0.41) the highest variable was Leadership for collaborative learning ( =4.52, S.D.=0.41) secondary creating common values and visions and participation was at a high level ( =4.46, S.D.=0.38) the lowed observable is interpersonal highest ( =4.03, S.D.=0.52) confirmatory factor analysis of professional learning community under the office of primary education service area in three southern border provinces need 6 factors; Leadership for collaborative learning, Creating common values and visions, Participation in operation, Kalayanamit Community, Exchange of knowledge between people and Performance reflection. The factor loading of the factor between 0.47-0.79.
