การพัฒนากิจกรรมนักศึกษาของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of this research were to explore predicament the Student Activities and to find ways the development of student activities in private higher education institutions in the three southern border provinces. This research were mixed method research. A sample was divided into 2 groups as follows : 1. The students in private higher education institutions in the three southern border provinces year 1-4 students, academic year 2017 in every faculties 343 cases by stratified random sampling 2. Personnel management concerning student activities, the students leader by purposive sampling 10 cases include president of the student administration organization, student club, in academic year 2017 overall 20 cases. Research Instrument were questionnaire and group chat to predicament the student activities according to the standard of Office of the Higher Education Commission (TQF) comprehensive 5 aspects are : 1. Promotion activities desirable characteristics which determined by the institution. 2. Service activities and save environment 3. Cultural arts promotion activities 4. Sport activities and health promotion 5. Activities to strengthen morality and ethics. Data was analyzed using statistics percentages average values and content analysis.

The findings indicated that 1. Management condition of student activities in private higher education institutions in the three southern border provinces overall status and each aspect at high level. 2. Development guidelines the student activities according to the standard which comprehensive 5 aspects found that 1. Promotion activities desirable characteristics which determined by the institution was private higher education should be an exchange flatform the academic knowledge of student group to be a channel in transferring knowledge from doing activities among students themselves. 2. Service activities and save environment should be conducive to community development, create harmony, good access to groups of people in the community. 3. Cultural arts promotion activities with acceptance multiculturalism international students can be compatible without conflict Islamic principle. 4. Sport activities and health promotion, private higher education should add sports equipment which students pay special attention, to be played thoroughly with good maintenance, to be able to promote long-term health 5. Activities to strengthen morality and ethics. 5. Activities to strengthen morality and ethics should provide variety of formats and insert morality and ethics in life to create an atmosphere “my institution my heaven” sustainable.
