   JOURNAL OF SOCIAL SCIENCE FOR LOCAL RAJABHAT MAHASARAKHAM UNIVERSITY This is the 5th issue, 4th of October -December 2021.The content of this article is within the scope of the regulations of the journals in 3 disciplines Sociology. Interdisciplinary Program in Humanities and Social Sciences Department of Political Science and Public Administration By the nature of the articles are divided into 3 types: research articles, academic articles Book review or article review which the journal in this issue There are writers who are interested Submit articles to the system for mass publication.  But the articles that have been selected from the review of the experts (Peer Review) have been scrutinized intensively and strictly.  Until getting quality articles, there are only 35 articles, including 28 articles from external authors and 7 articles within the university.  It is divided into 30 research articles and 5 academic articles.
