Opinions on Affecting Factors on the Effectiveness of the Prevention and Mitigation in Phu-Khieo District Chaiyaphum Province.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the opinions on factors affecting disaster prevention and mitigation operations of the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phu-Khieo District Chaiyaphum Province 2. To study the opinions on the efficiency of disaster prevention and mitigation operations of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. in Phu-Khieo District Chaiyaphum Province 3. To compare the opinions on factors affecting disaster prevention and mitigation operations of personnel working in the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phu-Khieo District Chaiyaphum Province 4. To compare the opinions on the efficiency of personnel prevention and mitigation operations. who work in the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phu-Khieo District Chaiyaphum Province and 5. to study the relationship of opinions on factors affecting operations and opinions on efficiency of disaster prevention and mitigation operations of sub-district administrative organizations in Phu-Khieo District Chaiyaphum Province. The samples used in the research included personnel working in the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Phu Khiao District. Chaiyaphum Province 250 people using random methods using Taro Yamane's formula. The instruments used to collect data are approximate scale queries of 5 levels with classification power values ranging from .32 to .77 and a whole sentiment of .95. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient results appear as follows: 1) Opinions on the factors affecting the prevention and relief work of the street administrative organizations in phukhiew District The results show that the opinions of Yipeng province are in seven aspects of high level (x̅= 3.95) 2) Opinions on the efficiency of disaster prevention and mitigation performance of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. In the district of Phu Khiao Chaiyaphum Province found that overall opinion was at a high level (x̅= 3.99) 3) Personnel working in the Tambon Administrative Organization with different sex, age, education level, position and monthly income have opinions on factors affecting the prevention and mitigation work.
