Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the differences in the management processes of the Health Security Fund Administration Committee at the local level between funds with A+ and B assessment results Selaphum District Roi Et Province and 2. To study the recommendations and guidelines on the Board's management process. Manage the health insurance fund at the local level between funds with A+ and B assessment results Selaphum District Roi Et Province. is a qualitative research The research tool was a semi-structured interview form The target group is the Health Security Fund Management Committee at the local level. The committees of 2 funds, 17 people each, 2 funds, 34 people, was a specific sample selection. Then use the information gathered from interview forms and documents to analyze, process and interpret the content. The research results were found as follows; 1) The difference in the management process of the local health security fund management committee between funds with A+ and B assessment results was found that the local health security fund management process with A+ assessment results. Which is different from the process of managing the local health insurance fund with a grade B assessment. and 2) The management of health insurance funds at the local level between funds with A+ and B assessments in Selaphum District Roi Et Province consists of: (1) Fund Management (2) Project planning (3) Budget and (4) Fund Management Committee.
