Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the opinions on the impact of road construction on people in the construction area on National Highway No. 227, Section Kalasin–Sahatsakhan District. 2. To compare the opinions on the impact of road construction on people in the area. Construction on National Highway No. 227, Section Kalasin–Sahatsakhan District, classified by gender, age, education level, main occupation and period of residence in the area People in the construction area on National Highway No. 227, Section Kalasin–Sahatsakhan District It is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. It is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. There are research tools such as questionnaires and interview forms. The total sample size of the study was 162 persons. The sample size was calculated by stratified random sampling method. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and compare by t-test and F-test, then use the data collected from the document interview form for content analysis. The results of the study are as follows 1) The people showed opinions about the Impact of road construction on people in the construction area: A case study of the National Highway No. 227, Kalasin Province–Sahatsakhan District at a Medium level (x̅= 3.10) 2) The people with differences in gender, age, education level and Main occupation did not show different opinions about the Impact of road construction on people in the construction area: A case study of the National Highway No. 227, Kalasin Province–Sahatsakhan District. However, the people with differences in length of time living in the locality different opinions involving the Impact of road construction on people in the construction area: A case study of the National Highway No. 227, Kalasin Province–Sahatsakhan District at the .05 level of significance. And 3) The followings are the suggested guidelines for the problems of road construction impacts on people in the construction area of the National Highway No. 227, Kalasin Province–Sahatsakhan District, were found that 3.1) Economic aspects should promote, support and promote agricultural areas Trade important agricultural products to enhance agricultural career, it can help farmers not sell their arable land and maintain their traditional lifestyles. 3.2) In the social aspect, there should be measures to support transportation. Public utilities are developed along with route development and measures should be taken to control drug problems. and 3.3) In the environment, the problem should be solved by attending a health check-up. And more medical treatment because people get respiratory illnesses.
