The purposes of this study were 1. strategies for driving the development of students' career skills 2. strategies for developing students' career skills and 3. the results of developing career skills of high school students of Thepsuwanchanwittaya School. This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research (Mixed Methods). There are research tools, such as a manual for professional skills development at Thepsuwanchanwittaya School. Student Career Skills Assessment Form The target group was 1 administrator, 4 teachers, 49 students and 3 village philosophers who came from a specific selection. The data collected from the student's vocational skills assessment form were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and information obtained from Documents manuals for developing professional skills to content analysis. The results of this study showed that: 1) Strategies for driving career skills development of high school students Thepsuwanchanwittaya School use 3 strategies, which are participation strategies, team work strategies and empowerment Strategies. The three strategies are used to drive teachers and students to develop students' 5 career skills: Collaboration skills, Work process skills, Problem solving skills, Knowledge seeking skills and Management skills 2) Strategies that teachers use to develop career skills of high school students Thepsuwanchanwittaya School are a method of development through community – based learning management by organizing teaching activities outside the classroom on good things at Thaka. And 3) The results of career skills development of high school students Thepsuwanchanwittaya School in the overview after teaching management average increase for 43.13 %.
