The data collected from questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of frequency and percentage. And from the In-depth interview the analysis was Content Analysis. The results showed that most of the consumers gave the opinion about packaging for OTOP products,  that at present the packaging is not up to international standards. They gave the opinion that OTOP products for the export market should be beautiful, easy to open, novel, modern, environmentally friendly, sturdy, protect the product well, easy to carry and transport, and give a good view of the product inside. They thought the label should provide full details about the product. As for approaches for OTOP packaging design developments, experts said it should be able to support a wide variety of shapes and sizes of packaging to match the specifics of diverse products, said the experts. It is therefore necessary for the packaging design to be environmentally friendly, characteristically remarkable, and graphically modern, and further that the image files should be provided in appropriate sizes that enable for quick visual recognition of the OTOP product. Additionally, a large selection of modern-looking fonts and font sizes are required, as well as many styles of diverse graphics images available for selection. The application should allow the design of labels that are appropriate for the different kinds and sizes of packaging as Above-Mentioned requirement, and within the boundaries of the law, in favor of easy usage for OTOP consumers.
