บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์แบบเปิดสำหรับมวลชนวิถีใหม่ เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ 1) นักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ 5 สถาบัน จำนวน 368 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และ 2) ผู้บริหาร ผู้สอน และบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นด้วยการใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่คาดหวังของนักศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมสภาพที่เป็นจริงอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (= 3.01, S.D. = 0.31) และสภาพที่คาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.84, S.D. = 0.37) ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.45 ถือว่ามีความต้องการจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่ต้องพัฒนา และของผู้บริหาร ผู้สอน และบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมสภาพที่เป็นจริงอยู่ในระดับมาก (
= 3.76, S.D. = 0.50) และสภาพที่คาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.91, S.D. = 0.29) ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.18 ถึง 0.36 ถือว่ามีความต้องการจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่ต้องพัฒนา
