ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ของอาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อการศึกษาปัญหาในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการของอาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการของอาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยเป็นอาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 224 คน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ การสุ่มใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า และเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1) ปัญหาในการจัดทำผลงานวิชาการของอาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ในภาพรวมมีอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน ระดับปานกลาง 4 ด้านโดยด้านที่มีปัญหาสูงสุดคือ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการ รองลงมา คือ ด้านแหล่งข้อมูลวิชาการ และด้านกฎหมาย ระเบียบ หลักเกณฑ์  ด้านงบประมาณและสวัสดิการตามลำดับ ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านภาระหน้าที่ 2)ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดทำผลงานทางวิชาการโดยภาพรวมมีอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 9 ด้าน และระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ การวางแผนการทำงานรองลงมาคือ ผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับและความต้องการความสำเร็จ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ได้รับการยกย่องและยอมรับจากสังคมวิชาการ3) จากการสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ประจำมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ แบบไม่มีโครงสร้างในเชิงลึก พบว่า มีปัญาหาด้านภาระหน้าที่ การมีภาระงานสอน

FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF THE FULFILLMENT OF ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT FOR PROFESSORIAL AT CHIANG MAI RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY.

This research was aimed : 1) to study problems in preparing academic works of instructor of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University; and 2) to study the factors that affect success in preparation of the academic works of teachers of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The samples in the research were 224 teachers of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The methodology of research was both quantitative and qualitative. For sampling, the simple random sampling method was used. The tool used in the quantitative research is in this research is a rating-scale questionnaire and the one used in the qualitative research is instructured interview method. Data were analyzed using the computer program with the frequency distribution, determining percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that 1) Problems in preparing academic works of teachers of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, in general, were in moderate level. As considering in aspects, it was found that the opinion in high level in on one aspect and moderate level on 4 aspects. The aspect with highest level of problem is cognition in the process of preparation of academic works.The second one is the resources of academic informationand laws, regulations, rules, budget and welfares respectively. And the one with the lowest mean is duty. 2) The opinions of teachers of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University on the factors that affect the success of preparation of the academicworks totally were at the high level. Considering on aspects revealed that there were 9 aspects of opinions that were in high level and 2 aspects that were in moderate level. And the top 3 ones with highest mean are as follows : planning for working and also resulted in a successful academic works, and need for success, The one with the lowest mean was being esteemed and accepted by the academic community. 3) Based on the unstructured interview on the instructor of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University in depth, it was found that there were problems on duties, teaching load more than the standard, students supervisory load, management load, and administrative load, which the teachers had to be responsible for, more than the standard, and academic sources such as books, journals, papers in the library of the University which were not up-to-date enough, as well as inconvenience in accessing information through online media, including lack of experts or lecturers to advice on the preparation of academic works. As the result, the submitted works for assessment had to be revised several times. The factors that were found that affected the success of preparation of the academic works most are return they received, advance in job, and being trained, followed planning for working and support by the University/ Faculty.
