Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to design and build a prototype of challenge-based learning management platform on the topic of Analyzing Educational Policies and Strategies in the Digital Era for graduate learner, and 2) to test for 80/80 performance, effectiveness index and achievement of the platform developed, and 3) to study the opinions of experts and learners’ satisfaction with the platform developed. The target group consisted of 14 students of the Master of Education Program in Educational Administration and Strategies, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin for the academic year 2023. Research instruments include questionnaires, interviews, and focus group guide. The collected data were analyzed through a statistical software program that provided percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test values. The results of the research showed that: 1) the developed platform has a structure consisting of a website. Teacher and student databases, knowledge records, knowledge assessments, challenging discussion boards, knowledge libraries, document downloads, and activity images; 2) the developed learning management platform has an efficiency of 81.88/82.94.04, which corresponds to the 80/80 criteria and has an effectiveness index of .8146 (81.46%), learners studied with the platform achieved statistically significantly higher post-study achievement than before classes at .05; and 3) from the trial of the platform, the results of quality assessment by experts are at a high level, learners have the highest level of satisfaction with the platform developed.
