โรงเรียนในฐานะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้คืออะไร: ความหมาย ตัวบ่งชี้ และแนวปฏิบัติ

บทคัดย่อ
นับตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2560 เป็นต้นมา ประเทศไทยได้รู้จักกับแนวคิดการปฏิรูปโรงเรียนตามแนวทางโรงเรียนในฐานะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (SLC) และมีการพัฒนาเป็นโรงเรียนนำร่องทั่วประเทศ ในช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา กรุงเทพมหานครได้นำแนวคิด SLC เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของนโยบายด้านการศึกษา อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อมีแนวทางการปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงานมากกว่าหนึ่งรูปแบบอาจทำให้ครูสับสนได้ หากหน่วยงานของกรุงเทพมหานครได้ติดตามและประเมินความก้าวหน้าของ SLC อาจทำให้ศึกษานิเทศก์ไม่เข้าใจในแนวคิดและไม่สามารถปฏิบัติของ SLC ได้ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว ดังนั้น บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของแนวคิด SLC โดยเปรียบเทียบกับแนวคิดชุมชนการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพ โรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (Schools That Learn) และการศึกษาและพัฒนาบทเรียนร่วมกัน และ (2) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้สำคัญที่ช่วยทำความเข้าใจการเติบโตของโรงเรียนโดยใช้ประสบการณ์ของผู้เขียนคนแรก ผู้ทำงานกับแนวคิด SLC มาตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2549 ในหลายประเทศ
