Abstract

This study aimed to confirmatory factor analysis of public health administrator’s leadership model under multicultural context of the three southernmost  provinces. The samples were 219 from the public health administrators at all levels by purposive sampling. The findings, there appeared to be as follows : The public health Administrator’s leadership model under multicultural context of the three southernmost  provinces in according to all main factors and sub-factors were consistent with the empirical data. The second order confirmatory factor analysis revealed the validation of fitted model yielded a Chi-square (²) of 313.29  , (²/df = 2.80), at a degrees of freedom of 122 (GFI=0.86, AGFI=0.97, SRMR=0.05 and RMSEA=0.091. The key factors by priority that follows :Ethic and good governance (L=1.07), Organization Management (L=0.99), Change Management (L=0.94), HumanResource (L=0.92), Vision and Direction (L=0.89) and Idealized Influence (L=0.84)
