บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมตามแนวคิดเมตาคอกนิชันและการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บริบทเป็นฐานเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริมตามแนวคิดเมตาคอกนิชันและการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บริบทเป็นฐาน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรเสริม กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยระยะที่ 1 ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และผู้สอน จำนวน 331 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ Krejcie & Morgan กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลระยะที่ 2 ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัยระยะที่ 3 ได้แก่ ผู้เรียน จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริม 2) หลักสูตรเสริมตามแนวคิดเมตาคอกนิชันและการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บริบทเป็นฐาน 3) แบบวัดสมรรถนะของผู้เรียน และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (𝑥̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริม พบว่า ภาพรวมของความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (𝑥̅ = 4.55, S.D. = 0.16) 2) ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเสริม มีองค์ประกอบของหลักสูตร ได้แก่ (1) ที่มาและความสำคัญ (2) แนวคิดพื้นฐาน (3) หลักการของหลักสูตร (4) จุดมุ่งหมาย (5) การบูรณาการกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ (6) สาระการเรียนรู้ (7) การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ (8) สื่อ/แหล่งเรียนรู้ และ (9) การวัดและการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ค่าความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.64) และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะของผู้เรียนที่หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน และผลการศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅ = 4.45, S.D. = 0.63) ผลการวิจัยนี้ผู้เรียนสามารถคิดวิเคราะห์ด้วยตนเองและเชื่อมโยงความรู้สู่การแก้ปัญหาจริง ออกแบบสร้างผลงาน ทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน มีสมรรถนะพร้อมทำงานในอนาคต
