Design guidelines for the participatory elderly care center by government agencies and communities in Nan Province.

Abstract
Nan Province is fully considered an ageing society; hence, the region has aimed to establish Elderly Daycare, which the goal is to be a project where all stakeholders work together through research. The research aims to examine the integrative operating processes of government agencies, which will form the basis for designing guidelines for nursing homes that meet healthcare standards and study participatory work activities that promote essential skills in the 21st century. The research results under the concept of participatory work found that Elderly Daycare should have space dedicated to daytime physical rehabilitation for able-bodied elders. The important areas for the program are the physical therapy zone, occupational therapy zone, and exercise zone. The results were satisfactory to all stakeholders. Moreover, Participatory work processes with educational institutions produced the work, which creates a learning ecosystem that encourages learners to develop 21st-century skills according to future market needs.
