The Big Data Management on Urban Information System for the physical analysis, the Case Study of Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the establishment of an information database of the city. Collect information data, modify big data, and analyzing big data on the physical characteristics of the city. By suggesting guidelines for area management to Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality including the study of related concepts and theories. Participatory field surveys and observations and in-depth interviews from experts from all 8 agencies. The results showed that The preparation of urban information databases was the highest in the order of 3, the Bureau of Finance, the most with 13 layers of information, followed by the Bureau of Waterworks. Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality, 4 data layers and the Land Department 3 layers of information. A study of big city data collection and revisions found that the comparison of revisions and updates was the highest in 3 rankings, with the Treasury the most, with 9 points. followed by the Department of Lands with 8 points and the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning. Bureau of Waterworks and the Treasury Department, 7 points. A large-scale study and analysis of urban physical characteristics revealed found that the FAR and OSR is configuration methods had a scope for the FAR and OSR configurations only at the Old Town area level and building block level, the scope of the designation is smaller than that define by the city development agency, and have an education at the old city community level. The recommendations for area management were found to be divided into 3 areas: database management, Data Center, Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality. Plan and conservation operations in the old city area and holistic integrated area management and government agencies in the central area causing further sustainability.
