The Development of Administration Student Support and Care System using Professional Learning Community, Sapphawitthayakhom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Tak

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions and problems of the student support and care system administration by using professional learning community 2) to find the development guidelines for the student support and care system using professional learning community, and 3) to study the results of using the guidelines or the student support and care system using professional learning community. The informants were the school administrators and teachers with the total of 144 persons and 9 experts. The sample group was school administrators, teachers, and students of Sapphawitthayakhom school. Sampling group was 350 people by simple random sampling method. The research instruments were structured questionnaire, record form focusing on group discussion about project for development guidelines for the student support and care system, and satisfaction assessment form with a 5-level estimation scale. The results of the research indicated that firstly, the overall condition of the administration of the student support system by using the learning community was high level (μ = 3.97). Problems in the administration of the student support system by using the professional learning community were found to have problems in all 5 aspects. Secondly, development guidelines for the student support and care system using professional learning community should be promoted in a concrete way for learners which it will cause a good quality life both physical and mental, and a project to develop the administration of the student care system by using the learning community should be applied in institutions. Thirdly, the results of using the development guideline for the administration of student support system by using the community of professional learning was found that the overall satisfaction was the highest level (= 4.52, S.D. = 0.20)
