บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน และ 3) ประเมินกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 124 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นอย่างเป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนากลยุทธ์และตรวจสอบกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน นำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มาวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอก โดยวิธีการ SWOT Analysis และจัดทำ TOWS Matrix ก่อนนำมายกร่างกลยุทธ์เพื่อยืนยันด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 10 คน ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ และขั้นตอนที่ 3 ประเมินกลยุทธ์โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 40 คน ได้โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบประเมิน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน ดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่า ด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด 3 อันดับ ได้แก่ การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (PNImodified = 0.46) การวัดผลและประเมินผล (PNImodified = 0.45) และการพัฒนาหลักสูตร (PNImodified = 0.44) ตามลำดับ 2) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วย 3 กลยุทธ์หลัก 6 กลยุทธ์รอง 24 มาตรการ และ 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการที่เสริมสร้างความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมของผู้เรียนมีความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
