ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนกับประสิทธิผลของผู้เรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสหมิตรวิทยา ตำบลแม่สาว อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน ประสิทธิผลของผู้เรียน และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนกับประสิทธิผลของผู้เรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสหมิตรวิทยาตำบลแม่สาว อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู รวมทั้งหมด 80 คน ในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสหมิตรวิทยาตำบลแม่สาว อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2557 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า ด้านการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน พบว่า มีการดำเนินงานมากทุกด้าน ประสิทธิผลของผู้เรียน พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลการพัฒนามาก ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินงานด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนกับประสิทธิผลของผู้เรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสหมิตรวิทยาตำบลแม่สาว  อำเภอแม่อาย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับมาก (r=0.86) ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ เมื่อพิจารณาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการดำเนินงานด้านพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนกับประสิทธิผลของผู้เรียน เป็นรายด้านพบว่า  คู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงสุดคือ ด้านแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามจุดเน้นของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กับด้านคุณลักษณะ

A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEARNER’S QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OPERATION AND LEARNER’S EFFECTIVENESS IN SAHAMITWITTAYA QUALITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER, MAE SAO SUB-DISTRICT, MAE AI DISTRICT, CHIANG MAI PROVINCE.

The purposes this research were to investigate Learners’ Quality Development Operation, Learners’ Effectiveness and A Relationships between Learners’ Quality Development Operation and Learners’ Effectiveness in Sahamitwittaya Quality Development Center, Mae Sao Sub-district, Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai Province. The population used in this study administrators and hired teachers totaling 80 in Sahamitwittaya Quality Development Center, Mae Sao Sub-district, Mae Ai District, and Chiang Mai Province in the academic year 2014. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis.

The findings were summarized as follows : According to The learners’ quality development operation that all aspects were performed at a high level. The learners’ effectiveness agreed that the learners’ had high development results and A relationship between the learners’ quality development operation and the learners’ effectiveness in Sahamitwittaya Quality Development Center, Mae Sao Sub-district, Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai analyzed through Pearson’s correlation coefficient, it showed that the overall relationship was positive at a high level (r = 0.86) When considering each aspect of correlation coefficient between the learners’ quality development operation and the learners’ effectiveness, it was found that the pair with the highest relationship was the learning management guidelines for developing learners’ quality according to the Office of the Basic Education Commission’s focus and the characteristics.
