บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มเขตกรุงเทพตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มเขตกรุงเทพตะวันออก จำนวน 103 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษากลุ่มบริหารงานวิชาการหรือหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 412 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยง 0.981 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป หาค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง .728 - .771 และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มเขตกรุงเทพตะวันออก ได้แก่ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล ด้านการสื่อสารดิจิทัล และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมดิจิทัล มีค่าสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณของตัวแปรเท่ากับ .810 ค่าอำนาจการพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 65.60 สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ

= 0.367 Z1 + 0.303 Z3 + 0.187 Z4
