Public Sector Administration in the Model of Network Governance and its Implementation for Thailand

Abstract
Public sector management today is to increase productivity in public administration. With the focus on the success of the work as the key, it is the concept and the origin of bureaucratic reform and the promulgation of a result-based management system. In the decade 1984, bureaucratic reforms were part of a revolutionary change in public administration involving a "Paradigm shift" from the Weber Bureaucracy Model to the New Public Management. The main purpose of New Public Management is to improve the efficiency of the government sector. Therefore, the government agencies of all countries are eager to adjust their work processes under the change. The fact that government organizations will be operated by closed or single organizations is unable to respond to the needs of the people. Therefore, the government sector has to find an effective method or process for the administration of services to the people. The method that is possible and the best one is the working alliance or otherwise known as "Working as a Network" which is gaining popularity with government agencies all over the world. Therefore, this article will be an article that will present the concept of network government administration. Including guidelines for implementing network administration in Thailand.
