            การวิจัยเรื่องรูปแบบการพัฒนาอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) ด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) ศึกษาการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) (2) ศึกษาบทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) (3) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) (4) เสนอยุทธศาสตร์การสร้างผู้นำอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) ที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปของสังคมไทย โดยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ดีเด่น จังหวัดปทุมธานี ประจำปี 2558 จำนวน 10 คน คัดเลือกจาก กองสนับสนุนสุขภาพภาคประชาชน กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข บุคลากรทางด้านสาธารณสุข จาก 7 อำเภอ อำเภอละ 2 คนและประชาชนที่ได้เข้ารับการบริการ จาก 7 อำเภอ อำเภอละ 5 คน
            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  (1) อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านส่วนใหญ่ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกมาจากชุมชนนั้นเป็นบุคคลที่ถูกกลั่นกรองและได้รับการยอมรับจากพื้นฐานของการเป็นคนที่เห็นแก่ส่วนรวม มีน้ำใจและชอบให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น (2)  อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข มีความสามารถและได้แสดงบทบาทในกิจกรรมที่ทำได้สำเร็จในช่วงระยะเวลาสั้นๆ งานตามบทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข จำเป็นต้องใช้เวลาอย่างต่อเนื่องหรือเป็นงานประเภทที่ไม่จบไม่สิ้นและไม่เป็นเวลา  ความรู้ความสามารถของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข สามารถพัฒนาได้ (3) ควรให้การสนับสนุน สร้างขวัญกำลังใจ  โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม การสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อทำประโยชน์ให้ส่วนรวม (4) ควรปรับบทบาทอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขมาสู่การเป็นผู้ส่งเสริมแนวคิดอาสาสมัครเพื่อสุขภาพ

Abstract

            The research of Development Model of Village Health Volunteers (VHV), with participation aimed to (1)  Study the involvement of village health volunteers (VHV.); (2) study their roles, duties and responsibility; (3) study the attributes of village health volunteers; (4) propose a strategy on developing village health volunteers (VHV.) corresponding to the changing context of Thailand. The qualitative research by means of in-depth interview village health volunteers (VHV). Outstanding Pathumthani year 2558 the number of people recruited 10 healthy support from the public sector. Department of Health Service Support Ministry of Public Health And health personnel from seven districts, each district two people and also Five public service recipients from each of seven districts in Pathum Thani.
            The results of the study revealed that (1) Most of the village health volunteers have been recruited from the community as the person being screened and accepted as the basis for the sake of the common good. Generous and like to help others. (2) Village Health Volunteers talented and successful role in activities during the short period of time for the role, duties and responsibilities of volunteers needed to take continuous or a job that does not end, and the end is not the time. The ability of Village Health Volunteers. can be improved (3) To support them with a good way to creat more performance and encouragement ,especially creating a participatory process and creating a network to serve the common interest. (4) should be adjusted to the role Village  Health Volunteers  who promote the concept of healthy volunteers.
