Reading Development for Self-Directed Learning Development in The Digital Age

Abstract
This article aims to provide and present about concepts, learning theories, how to reading and strategies related to reading development for self-directed learning development by using Reading to Learn. The substance consists entirely of Learning to Read and Reading to Learn, Learning theories for reading, Reading and new meaning construction, Reading for Learning Development and reading strategies that will be useful in reading development and self-directed learning enhancement in high order successively.
