The National Institute of Educational Testing Service (Public Organization) is the owner of this journal. Their publication purposes are to disseminate academic knowledge, concepts, research, and academic articles involved in educational measuring and assessment policy, education policy, testing administrative services, educational measuring and assessment, testing system innovation, techniques for educational measuring and assessment, and relevant articles of education science or other related fields promoting an academic knowledge of measuring and assessment. The useful knowledge and information can be applied by academicians, researchers, educational officers, students, and the interested public.
