Emotional Quotient of Administrators Affecting the Personal Management According to the View of Teachers under Songkhla Provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education

Abstract




This study aimed to examine the emotional quotient of administrators affecting the personel management according to the view of teachers under Songkhla provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education.The sample of this study consisted of 206 teachers with by using Simple Random Sampling. Research instruments were a five-rating-scale questionnaire the reliability .753 - .854 and 2) the reliability of the questionnaire based on administration management was .652 - .858. The statistical analysis was mean, standard deviation, the Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis.


The results were as follow: 1) the level of emotional quotient of administrators according to the view of teachers under Songkhla provincial Office of the Non-formal and Informal Education was at high level. 2) the level of personnel administration as per teachers’ view was over all at the high level. 3) The relationship between the emotional quotient of administrators and the personel administration was positive relationship at high level with statistically significant at .01 and 4) There were three predictable variables; the ability of building up good relationship with others, the ability of triggering own inspiration and the ability of emotional management with the predictive power of .767 or 76 percent.
