The Model of the Budgeting Administration in Congruent with the State of Basic Education Institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to find out the current state and the problem; to present; and to verify the propriety and possibility of the model of the budgeting administration in congruent with the state of basic education institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 4. The sample of this study was administrators, and teachers of budgeting administration in the 105 schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Research findings were as follows 1) the current state and the problem of the budgeting administration in congruent with the state of basic education institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 4 revealed that the overall current state of the budgeting administration was at the high level. The part of the administration with the highest level of the current state was the finance administration and the lastly, supply administration. The overall problem of the budgeting administration was at the low level. The part of the administration with the highest level of problems was supply administration and the lastly, accounting administration. 2) the model of the budgeting administration in congruent with the state of basic education institutions under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 4 revealed that the models which are consistent with the budgeting administration are reforming, cost - efficient, innovation and personal. Especially, the part of supply administration, it used a supply team or advisors or educational service officers. It means that the budgeting administration achieved the purpose and does not affect teaching and budgeting administration in the school. 3) The result of the verification was proper, useful and consistent with judicial committee, 7 standards of finance management and the process of budgeting administration. The overall state was at the highest level and the possibility was at the highest level.
