An Evaluation Research of the Proficiency Development of non-direct Qualified Teacher in Three Southern Border Provinces Applying CIRO Evaluation Model

Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) to study and evaluate of non-direct qualified teacher development projects in three southern border provinces by applying CIRO Evaluation Model. 2) to study the guideline of the trainees in developing to be effective. Target of this study were 497 non - direct qualified teachers. The instruments were questionnaires, interview, Evaluation form and test. The research instruments were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t - test. The data were analyzed by percentage (%), mean (X), standard deviation (S.D.), t – test for dependent samples .

The research results were as follows; The context found that the condition, problem, purpose and readiness of the trainers were consistent. The input has the highest level of overall suitability assessment. The reaction has high level. The outcomes of the content analysis revealed that the post-training scores were significantly higher than those before the training at the .05 level of significance. The outcome of Behavior Level at the high level. The outcome for the teachers from the training showed that. Training can develop teachers to manage teaching more effectively and students have a positive attitude towards learning. 2) The guidelines and suggestions for the development of non-direct qualified teachers in the three southern border provinces were studied and considered Project Objectives And the availability of the project organizer is consistent. The number of project staff and trainers should be adjusted to suit the number of participants. Focus on developing participants in both content and teaching skills. And follow up after training to develop participants continuously.
