การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะด้านภาษา: กรณีศึกษาท่าน้ำโมเดล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานองค์ความรู้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะด้านภาษา และ 2) เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะด้านภาษา โดยผู้วิจัยได้คัดเลือกชุมชนโรงเรียนบ้านท่าน้ำซึ่งที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนในโครงการพื้นที่นวัตกรรมนำร่องจังหวัดปัตตานีเป็นกรณีศึกษา ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลในพื้นที่วิจัย โดยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) ร่วมกับผู้บริหาร ครู และคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาที่สมัครใจ จำนวน 12 คน และการสังเกตชั้นเรียน ร่วมถึงบริบทของสถานศึกษาและบริบทของพื้นที่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุมชนโรงเรียนบ้านท่าน้ำมีองค์ความรู้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะด้านภาษา และมีข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับใช้ในการสร้างองค์ความรู้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะ 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านกระบวนการบริหารและการจัดการ และด้านกระบวนการจัดการ
เรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 2) หลักสูตรสมรรถนะด้านภาษามี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ สมรรถนะทางกฎเกณฑ์และโครงสร้างของภาษาเพื่ออาชีพ สมรรถนะทางภาษาศาสตร์เชิงสังคมในงานอาชีพ สมรรถนะความเข้าใจในระดับข้อความเกี่ยวกับงานอาชีพ สมรรถนะทางการใช้กลวิธีในการสื่อความหมายทางอาชีพ และสมรรถนะเฉพาะที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการสื่อสารเพื่ออาชีพ นอกจากนั้น ผลการสร้างองค์ความรู้หลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะด้านภาษา พบว่ามี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะ ด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับตนเอง ด้านบุคลิกลักษณะประจำตัวของบุคคลและด้านแรงจูงใจเจตคติ
