บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานวิชาการและครู 336 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 3 คน ผู้บริหารการศึกษา 1 คน ศึกษานิเทศก์ 2 คนและครูหัวหน้างานวิชาการ 1 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพการเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา 2) รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม และ 3) แบบประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า (Data Triangulation)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) หลักการ (2) วัตถุประสงค์ (3) ปัจจัยนำเข้า (4) วิธีการดำเนินการ (5) ผลผลิต (6) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ และ 3) รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่การเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2 มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก
