Environmental Conflict from Water Resources Management in Thailand has trended to be increased constantly because many parties are impacted, resulting in broad effects. Therefore, the effective management on Environmental Conflicts are necessary for Thai society at present. This study is a qualitative research. The objectives of this study are; to study the causes of Environmental Conflicts from the development of Khlong Ban Na Reservoir Project; and, to propose guidelines in managing conflicts from the case study. Data were collected through documentary research and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders. It was found that the vital causes of conflicts in this case study were conflict of data, conflict of benefits and conflict of values. According to this case study, it was found that data were insufficient and unreliable. This might because the developer did not provide adequate information or set up a meeting to provide information to those impacted people in the area. Moreover, local people were concerned that the way of life might be changed from the development and the developer still has no mitigations or resolutions to solve these environmental conflicts. Therefore, collaboration approach should be applied to solve the conflicts. Importantly, the project developer should provide beneficial information to impacted people and listen to their comments about the project as well. In the same way, impacted people should cooperate with the project developer by providing valued information to the owner in order to benefit the project development. This finally can lead to sustainable development for the whole society
