     This journal, Volume 10, Issue 2 April–June 2026 ( Journal of Social Science for Local Development, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University). publishes articles in accordance with the journal’s regulations and scope in the field of social sciences. The journal covers a wide range of disciplines, including general social sciences, law, political science, public administration, humanities (music, dance, and arts), linguistics, education, business administration, development studies, religion, philosophy, as well as other interdisciplinary fields related to local development. The journal accepts two types of manuscripts: research articles and academic articles. It is published quarterly, with four issues per year: Issue 1 (January–March), Issue 2 (April–June), Issue 3 (July–September) and Issue 4 (October–December).

     This issue of the Journal attracted a considerable number of manuscript submissions from scholars and researchers seeking publication. Nevertheless, through a rigorous and meticulous peer-review process conducted by distinguished experts in relevant fields, only 67 articles were ultimately accepted for publication. Among these, 58 articles were contributed by authors from outside the University, while 9 articles were authored by members of the University. The published works in this issue comprise 58 research articles written in Thai, 3 research articles written in English and 6 academic articles. All accepted manuscripts have undergone thorough evaluation and quality assurance procedures to ensure their academic merit, originality and contribution to the advancement of knowledge.

     In closing, it is our sincere hope that the articles presented in this issue will serve as valuable academic resources and contribute meaningfully to the development of local communities, society, and the nation. On behalf of the Journal, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all peer reviewers, members of the editorial board both within and outside the University, all relevant committees, and every author for their dedication, cooperation, and invaluable contributions to the success of this publication. We look forward to welcoming our readers and contributors again in future issues of the Journal.
