การพัฒนามาตรวัดความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้สากลของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น: การประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ

บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนามาตรวัดความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้สากลของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้สากล และ 2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้สากลสำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 600 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่สร้างจากข้อคำถามเริ่มต้น 56 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (EFA) การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) และทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ (IRT) แบบ Graded-Response Model ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) องค์ประกอบความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้สากลมี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก จาก 21 ข้อคำถาม อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 63.205 ได้แก่ 1) การมีส่วนร่วมเชิงสร้างสรรค์และการปรับตัว 2) การเคารพในสิทธิและความหลากหลาย 3) การตระหนักรู้ทางการเมืองและสังคม 4) การกำกับตนเองและการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ และ 5) การรับผิดชอบของพลเมือง (2) โมเดลโครงสร้าง 5 องค์ประกอบมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (χ² = 165.990, df = 140, p-value = 0.066, CFI = 0.995, TLI = 0.993, RMSEA = 0.018, SRMR = 0.024) (3) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพตามแนวคิด IRT พบว่า ข้อคำถามมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกสูง (α = 1.203-2.118) และมีค่าระดับความยาก (β) ที่เรียงลำดับถูกต้องทุกข้อ และแบบวัดให้สารสนเทศการวัดสูงสุดในกลุ่มผู้เรียนที่มีคุณลักษณะระดับต่ำถึงปานกลาง (θ ≈ -2.0 - +1.0) โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงโดยรวมสูงมาก (Marginal Reliability = 0.937) ข้อค้นพบเหล่านี้ยืนยันว่าแบบวัดที่พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง น่าเชื่อถือ และมีความแม่นยำในการวัดสูง
