การศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงประเด็น ด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ ของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษารายกลุ่ม ในกิจกรรม Cell Pizza

บทคัดย่อ
การจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องโครงสร้างเซลล์ในระดับประถมศึกษามีลักษณะนามธรรมสูงและวิธีการสอนแบบบรรยายมักเป็นอุปสรรคต่อความเข้าใจ การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เน้นการปฏิบัติจริงและส่งเสริมการสร้างองค์ความรู้จึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาที่เกิดจากกิจกรรม Cell Pizza ซึ่งเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์แบบลงมือปฏิบัติเชิงร่วมมือ (Hands-on Collaborative Science Learning) โดยใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงประเด็น (Thematic Analysis) และประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Generative AI) ในการจัดกลุ่มรหัสและสังเคราะห์สาระสำคัญ ประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนเทศบาลท่าโขลง ๑ และกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 75 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การเข้าร่วมค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม วิดีโอบันทึกภาพ ใบงานกิจกรรม และแบบประเมินกิจกรรม Cell Pizza ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ (70%) สามารถระบุชนิดเซลล์และติดป้ายชื่อออร์แกเนลล์ครบถ้วน โดยพฤติกรรมเด่นที่พบ ได้แก่ การใช้คำศัพท์วิทยาศาสตร์ถูกต้อง การทำงานร่วมกัน การใช้ภาพประกอบในการอธิบาย และการเชื่อมโยงจินตนาการกับวัสดุจริง อย่างไรก็ตาม พบปัญหาความสับสนในการอธิบายออร์แกเนลล์ที่มีชื่อซับซ้อน เช่น เอนโดพลาสมิกเรติคูลัมชนิดเรียบและชนิดขรุขระ การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ช่วยลดเวลาและเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลภาษาธรรมชาติ แม้ยังมีข้อจำกัดในการตีความเชิงลึกของบริบท จึงควรใช้ควบคู่กับการวิเคราะห์ของผู้วิจัยเพื่อความถูกต้องสูงสุด
