A Model of The Digital Organization for Opportunity Expansion School in Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
This current study aims 1) to study the components and indicators of the digital organization for opportunity expansion school, 2) to find the concordance of indicators drawn from the digital organization model for schools with empirical data, and 3) to propose a model of the digital organization for opportunity expansion school. The multi-stage sampling was employed, in which the samples of the study were over 270 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a 5-point scaled questionnaire with 0.967 reliability. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and comfirmatory factor analysis. The model was developed by documentary research and evaluated the appropriateness, feasibility, and utility of model by 7 experts. The results showed accordingly. First, there are 4 components and 14 indicators of the digital organization model for opportunity expansion schools in Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The 4 components were 1) digital leadership having 4 indicators, 2) digital culture having 3 indicators, 3) digital competencies of personnel having 3 indicators, and 4) digital system having 4 indicators. Second, the indicators drawn from the digital organization model were found to be in concordance with the empirical data at the value of χ2 = 58.026, Df= 49, P-Value = 0.1768, RMSEA = 0.026, SRMR = 0.032, CFI = 0.997, and TLI = 0.995. Finally, the proposed digital organization model was found to be propriety, feasibility, and utility at the highest level for opportunity expansion schools.
