The Development Model of Administration Process on Internal Quality Assurance in Schools under The Office of Secondary Education Service Area 41

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the model of a school administration’s internal quality assurance process under the office of the secondary education service area 41, and 2) the possibility of the model of a school administration’s internal quality assurance process under the office of the secondary education service area 41. The research consisted of five steps: Step 1. Analyzing and synthesizing the theoretical documents and in-depth interviews to learn whether the administrators were successful in implementing the internal quality assurance process in their school; Step 2 constructing the model; Step 3 developing the model in three phases using a sample of 19 experts, derived using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The experts were asked to review the questionnaire by using a Delphi Technique. The statistics used for the data analysis were median and interquartile range; step 4 examining the components of the development model of an administrative process in internal quality assurance by rating the questionnaires collected from 60 people. The statistics used were percentages; Step 5. Summarizing and discussing the findings of this research.
The research findings revealed that there were components of the development model: 1) management and information system; 2) developing educational standards; 3) developing a quality educational plan; 4) implementation of the educational quality development plan; 5) examination and review of educational quality; 6) educational quality assessment; 7) the annual quality of education report, and 8) the maintenance of educational quality assurance. The model of a school administration’s internal quality assurance process under the office of the secondary education service area 41 can be put into practice.
