The Relationship between Organizational Culture and the Happiness in School as Perceived by Teachers under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
ctThis research aimed to identify the level of organizational culture in school, the level of happiness in school perceived by teachers, and the relationship between organizational culture and the happiness in school perceived by teachers under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample was 370 teachers under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was conducted in the Likert scale questionnaire, involving organizational culture in school with the reliability of .929 and the happiness in school perceived by teachers with the reliability of .915. The data analysis was applied to percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The findings revealed as follows: 1) teachers under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office indicated organizational culture in overall and each aspect at a high level. 2) Teachers under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office perceived the happiness in school in overall and each aspect at a high level. 3) The organizational culture and the happiness in school perceived by teachers under the Jurisdiction of Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office represented the moderate positive correlation with statistical significance at .01.
