The Development of Indicators for Student Teachers Competency in the 21st Century

Abstract
The objective of this research was to develop work competency indicators of the student teacher in the 21st century which there are 3 steps of the research process as follows, first step was learning in analysis and synthesis of theoretical thinking, related research and the interview with Deans of Faculty of Education from Southern Region Teachers' Training Institute (6 persons) to set up a framework for teacher competency indicators in the 21st century, the second step was examine the indicator, the assessment and the performance analysis for the consistency of the indicator of the student teacher in the 21st century examined by 5 experts for the possibility to assess and 5 supervisor teachers have already checked. To analyze the components of the teacher competency in the 21st century. 214 mentors was experimenter by using the student teacher in the 21st century assessment and examine classification of the indicator assessment teacher competency in the 21st century. To set up the components with exploratory factor analysis or EFA by using the way of principal component analysis. and the third step was evaluate experimental use of Teacher Student Performance in the Century 21 by applying the 21st century teacher performance indicator from element analysis for testing evaluate of Teacher Student Performance in the Century 21 to result in the evaluation of the reliability of the 21st century teacher performance test st

There are 51 indicators in the possibility to assess of 47 indicators, 12 components as the following 1) learning management. 2) management of class administration 3) Multicultural coexistence 4) leader Maturity 5) service 6) moral ethics 7) Focusing on achievement 8) learner development research 9) development learner 10) professional learning (PLC) 11) self - development 12) team work. The reliability of competency evaluation student teacher in the 21st century is .890
