Abstract
Academic articles Community Learning Program (PLC) for Learning Active Learning to improve Academic Achievement in the Thailand 4.0 aims to present the use of community learning process (PLC) to improve academic achievement in Thailand 4.0 under 5 attributer : 1) Shared value among the commonies. 2) Collective : sharing responsibilities for the learning of the students. The learning outcomes required in the students are based on a variety of strategies and strategies. 3) Reflective : Exchanging among the communities, inreflecting the results, and sharing the practical suggesstion to help students. 4) Collaboration : compounring the teachers. Administrative staff & community people, And 5) 5T processes, T1 : Teamwork T2 : Treatment for experts. T3 : Technique for Active Learning to T4: Technology. T5 : Training for the teachers & regarding encourage students to study, to share knowledge and to learn together in a variety of ways. The active Learning and knowledge require training for teachers and other administrative staff.
