Abstract

Vocational administration, operated under the Office of Vocational Education Commission, has significant roles in producing graduates whose skills serve needs of labor markets both in ASEAN and global. Vocational education in the present time needs to adapt its management that fits Thailand 4.0 so as to develop learners to have full potentials for the workplace and become professional entrepreneurs. In addition, vocational administration should be intensively prioritized on quality management in order to build passions and faiths of the profession for learners, parents and communities. In doing so, strategic marketing perspectives must be used as tools for proactive management in educational quality including programs, prices, places, promotions, people and processes and physical facilities.
