บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เกิดจากการนำร่องการพัฒนานักศึกษาครูสู่ระบบปิดของประเทศโดยกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษาภายใต้โครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการค้นหา คัดกรอง และคัดเลือกนักศึกษาทุนโครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบกิจกรรมการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าศึกษาของนักศึกษาทุนมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการค้นหา คัดกรอง คัดเลือกและการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเรียนกับงานแนะแนว ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การปฏิบัติงานภาคสนาม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ นักศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้าโครงการครูรัก(ษ์)ถิ่น จำนวน 28 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลรอง ได้แก่ ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 30 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการให้ความหมายและการตีความแบบพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบของกระบวนการค้นหา คัดกรองและคัดเลือกประกอบด้วย 1.1) บทบาทผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการค้นหาคัดกรอง 1.2) ขั้นตอนของกระบวนการค้นหาคัดกรอง 1.3) ประเด็นสำคัญในการค้นหาคัดกรอง 2) รูปแบบกิจกรรมการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าศึกษาประกอบด้วย กระบวนการเข้าค่ายเตรียมก่อนเรียนครูภายใต้ “ค่ายขุดเสมา” ดังนี้ 2.1) สอบความรู้ความสามารถทั่วไป 5 วิชา ได้แก่ ภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ คณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ และความเป็นครู ผนวกกับประเมินพฤติกรรมการเข้าค่ายด้วยการสังเกต ทำแบบทดสอบความพร้อมทางอาชีพ และแบบทดสอบบุคลิกภาพ เป็นองค์ประกอบในการพิจารณานักเรียนรายบุคคล 2.2) ประชุมผู้ปกครองและการทำสัญญารับทุนการศึกษา 2.3) กิจกรรมสมรรถนะครู 3) รูปแบบของกระบวนการค้นหา คัดกรอง คัดเลือก และการจัดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเรียน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กันกับกระบวนการแนะแนวครบทั้ง 5 บริการ ได้แก่ 1) บริการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นรายบุคคล 2) บริการสนเทศ 3) บริการให้คำปรึกษา 4) บริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล และ 5) บริการติดตามผล
