บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนาและรูปแบบการพัฒนา
คุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนาสำหรับนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนา
คุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา และ 3) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของครูนักพัฒนา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2564 ทั้ง 12 หลักสูตร จำนวน 418 คน ทำการแบ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายออกเป็น 4 กลุ่มตามลักษณะของครูนักพัฒนา โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบจับสลากในการแบ่งกลุ่มให้มีสัดส่วนของจำนวนนักศึกษาแต่ละหลักสูตรเท่า ๆ กัน เพื่อการดำเนินการตามรูปแบบ ดำเนินการด้วยกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัย
ออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของครูนักพัฒนาและรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา
2) การพัฒนารูปแบบ และ 3) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบ เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ คู่มือรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะครู
นักพัฒนา แบบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นของชุมชนเกี่ยวกับการประเมินโครงการ/กิจกรรมของนักศึกษา และแบบสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการพัฒนา โดยเครื่องมือผ่านการหาคุณภาพและความเหมาะสมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญตามเกณฑ์สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทำการตรวจสอบคำสำคัญและความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test dependent
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา ได้แก่ จิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู ทักษะชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21 ทักษะอาชีพในศตวรรษที่ 21 และทักษะทางสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม โดยมีรูปแบบการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะของครูนักพัฒนา เกิดจากส่วนประกอบ 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา 2) ขั้นตอนการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะ
ของครูนักพัฒนา และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนา โดยมีผลการใช้รูปแบบทำให้การรับรู้ของนักศึกษาว่ามีคุณลักษณะครูนักพัฒนาทั้ง 4 ด้าน หลังการใช้รูปแบบสูงกว่าก่อนใช้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
