บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้สะเต็มศึกษาที่บูรณาการอิสลามของครูแกนนำสะเต็มศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 11 ท่านที่ทำการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามกรอบแนวคิด 5 ด้านคือ 1) องค์ประกอบของการจัดการความรู้ 2) กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ 3) การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวสะเต็มศึกษา 4) การบูรณาการสะเต็มศึกษากับอิสลาม และ 5) การออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้และนำข้อมูลมาร่างรูปแบบ จากนั้นทำการประเมินคุณภาพรูปแบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบตามมาตรฐาน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความถูกต้องครอบคลุม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบในข้างต้นมีดังต่อไปนี้คือ 1) ปัจจัยป้อนเข้า ได้แก่ คน เทคโนโลยี กระบวนการจัดการความรู้และการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) กระบวนการ ได้แก่ การแสวงหาโจทย์ที่เกี่ยวกับ วิถีปฏิบัติของมุสลิมในพื้นที่ การออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สะเต็มศึกษาที่บูรณาการอิสลาม การกำหนดแผนการจัดการความรู้ของครูแกนนำสะเต็มศึกษา การจัดทำฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้สะเต็มศึกษาที่บูรณาการอิสลาม และการนำแผน การจัดการเรียนรู้สะเต็มศึกษาที่บูรณาการอิสลามไปใช้ และ 3) ผลผลิต ได้แก่ แผนและกิจกรรมการจัดการเรียนรู้ สะเต็มศึกษาที่บูรณาการอิสลาม 2. ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบในภาพรวมและในรายด้านอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยมาตรฐานด้านความเป็นประโยชน์และด้านความเหมาะสมมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านความถูกต้องครอบคลุม และด้านความเป็นไปได้ตามลำดับ
