Administrative Behaviors of Administrators for Enhancing the Administration of the Schools of Uprightness Projectof Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this study were (1) to identify the administrative behaviors of administrators for enhancing the administration of the Schools of Uprightness Project of Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; (2) to identify the administration of administrators for enhancing the administration of the Schools of Uprightness Project of Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and (3) to identify the relationship between administrators’ administrative behaviors and the administration for enhancing the administration of the Schools of Uprightness Project of Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample included 243 teachers. Data were collected from questionnaires and analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
Results: (1) regarding the administrative behaviors of administrators, they were rated extremely high overall; (2) regarding the administration of administrators, it was rated extremely high; and (3) regarding the relationship between administrators’ administrative behaviors, they were highly correlated with the administrators’ administration for enhancing the administration of the Schools of Uprightness Project of Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 towards the same direction at the .01 significance level.
