Strategic Transformation for Promoting and Developing the Elderly of Local Government Organizations in Samut Prakan Province

Abstract
This research has three objectives: (1) to analyze the implementation of the promotion and development of the elderly in local administrative organizations in Samut Prakan Province, (2) to identify problems and obstacles in the implementation of the promotion and development of the elderly, and (3) to Propose guidelines for driving the strategy of promoting and developing the elderly. This research was qualitative. 36 key informants were operators, local leaders, Executives of local government organizations, and the elderly in the Center for Quality of Life Development and Career Promotion for the Elderly Samut Prakan Province Data were collected using in-depth interviews. Analyze information from documents. and content analysis.
Research results; (1) In terms of the analysis of the implementation of the promotion and development of the elderly, it was found that health promotion was encouraged by exercising. Promote prevention of illness by training on basic health care methods. and has primary care by issuing health checks at home and providing survival bags for bedridden patients (2) Regarding problems and obstacles in the implementation of the promotion and development of the elderly, it was found that the problem the elderly did not know information about organizing activities of local government organizations. and local governments did not know the needs of the elderly. And (3) proposing a guideline to drive strategies for promoting and developing the elderly, it was found that the government should let the agencies directly responsible Work proactively to reach the area. Take care of the elderly thoroughly in terms of personnel There should be a strong team of personnel who take care of the elderly to be able to take care of the elderly. And if there is no place to gather together to do various activities, there should be provision for additional occupations for the elderly to be able to do while at home.
