Abstract

This research aims to study the physical area and management of Mixed-used building which is consisting of residential, office and retail where are located at the Central Business District and suburban area during the pandemic. Also, analyzing the problems of property management for purposing the guideline of managing the Mixed-used building during the pandemic.


      The results have shown that the guideline of Mixed-use management in each property during the COVID-19 Pandemic; the residence, office and retail users are emphasized on hygiene, time- management, and the convenience and accuracy of temperature checked, respectively. As the results, the differentiates of building’s type have affected the ways of managing the property. Lastly, the objective of property management currently is reducing of the infection and prevention of COVID-19 in each property.
