Managing knowledge of the rights and duties of employees towards their employer of Private employees working in Mueang District, Buriram Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and assess the knowledge about the rights and duties of employees towards employers in accordance with labor law and to study and manage the knowledge about the rights and duties of employees towards employers in accordance with labor laws in order to increase the efficiency of working for private agencies in the Muang district Buriram Province. The sample groups used in the research were a group of 100 private employees in Mueang Buriram District. The tool used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that Respondents assessed their knowledge of the law on the rights and duties of employees under labor law at a low level. Operational processes should be organized in format the game for playing and arrange for an exchange of knowledge about labor law.
